Kaspa Camp

A rural cultural camp in Sicily. A space for collective creation, and real-world experimentation.

The Project

Kaspa Camp is a rural cultural project based in Sicily.
Inspired by UNESCO principles, it explores how culture, education, and collective responsibility can be regenerated beyond urban centers.

This is not a festival.
Not a retreat.
Not a tech demo.

It is a prototype: a place to live, learn, and experiment.
A space to imagine how community, culture, and economy can work when rooted in real territory.
How do we build our future?
The project creates a bridge between online and offline.
It also bridges curiosity and competence.

The result is a place - a free space - where thinking and experimentation can take place.
Here, existential loneliness is challenged, and the value of error is restored as a source of discovery.

The idea that competition is the only reason and engine of human and social progress must give way to another vision.

We choose to work from a different assumption:
that our natural predisposition toward curiosity and play can be used as a serious method of intellectual and collective development.

Play, as we experience it naturally, is based on exchange.
On sharing information, suggestions, and perspectives within society.

For us, this proves to be the most effective system for co-development.

This bridge between online and offline does not reject technology.
It repositions it.

Digital tools are not the center of the experience, but part of the infrastructure.
What matters first is presence, shared time, and collective responsibility.

This is how the project takes shape in practice.

REGENERATIVE GAME CAMP / BLOOM
A prototype of collaboration starting from our children

An artistic process / multiplayer game designed to create a regenerative hub, restoring a damaged cultural, social, and artistic ecosystem through the ideas of an online and offline community of players.

A camping / campus / brache (a free experimental space), run by schools, youth institutions, and families from Europe and Africa, with the support of a consortium of artists, makers, researchers, teachers, and entrepreneurs.

The aim of the project is to build together an International Cultural and Artistic Research Centre.

What the game experiments with

The game, through the ideas of the players, will attempt to:

• Rejuvenate the land by creating, through experiments and games, a regenerative hub,
autonomous in energy, water, and food production, producing no waste.

• Build all necessary infrastructure and tools using recycled and renewable materials, supported by digital manufacturing techniques.

 • Serve as a refuge in the face of future climate change consequences.

 • Promote the vision of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

The project will experiment with the idea that:
• When we are more, we have more power, perspectives, talents, intelligence, and care, not more problems.

• Play is the first way we learn and create.

• We can reorganize our living systems to find solutions that include everyone.

• Regardless of education or economic condition, anyone can spark an idea that leads to a solution.

Play

Curiosity, play, and utopia are the cornerstones of the Bloom project.

Create

In the etymology of the word curiosity lies the word CARE

We will not return to reality, because reality was the problem.

Reconciling the dream of possibility with its concrete realization
